Report on Human Rights Day Observation – 10 December 2025
Human Rights Day was observed on 10 December 2025 with an insightful session organized for the students. The keynote talk was delivered by Adv. Pranil P. P., Thalassery Sub Court, on the topic “Fundamental Rights under the Indian Constitution and Basic Human Rights.”
The programme began with a warm welcome by Mr. Suneesh Kolanagroth, Assistant Professor of Education. Dr. C. V. Jayasree presided over the function and addressed the gathering on the significance of Human Rights Day.
Adv. Paranil P. P. delivered an engaging and informative lecture, highlighting the importance of fundamental rights, their constitutional provisions, and their relevance in everyday life. The session also shed light on basic human rights and the role of citizens in upholding them. Students actively participated in the interactive discussion that followed, raising questions related to various aspects of human rights and legal protections.
