The College Union and Fine Arts Association, Aurora, was inaugurated on 25 November 2025. The Union inauguration was conducted by Dr. Sujith K.V., Director of Student Services, Kannur University, and the Fine Arts Association inauguration was carried out by Mr. Anaj, Sand Artist.
The programme was presided over by Mr. Dijth, Chairman, SUMCTE, who delivered the presidential address. Dr. C.V. Jayasree presented the keynote address. Felicitations were delivered by Mr. C. Ahammedkutty Master, Mr. Abdulla Master T.P., Mr. Abhinand K, Dr. Krishnakumar E.P., Ms. Heba P, and Mr. Muhammed Ashfaue C.
The gathering was welcomed by Ms. Aiswariya M.K., and the vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Abhina P.
As part of the ceremony, the Toppers’ Award for 2023–25 was handed over by Dr. Sujith K.V., and the NSS certificates were distributed by Mr. Suneesh K., Programme Officer, SUMCTE. Followed by the union programs and fine arts programs were staged, more than fiteen dance and solo performances were done by the students apart of fine arts progrms.
