Brief Report on One-Week Induction Program

A one-week induction program was successfully conducted from 20th to 26th August 2025, focusing on two key areas: pedagogical subjects and general education subjects.
The program was divided into two segments:
- Pedagogical Subjects: Sessions were designed to introduce foundational teaching methodologies, classroom management strategies, and child-centered approaches to learning.
- General Education Subjects: These sessions provided an overview of the curriculum content, objectives, and teaching methods relevant to core academic disciplines.
All subject and general education teachers actively participated in delivering the sessions. They were also in charge of addressing student queries and clarifying doubts related to the topics covered. Each session was interactive and aimed at familiarizing new educators with essential teaching practices and subject-specific knowledge.
The induction program achieved its objective of orienting participants with both pedagogical approaches and curriculum content, laying a solid foundation for their teaching journey.
